Returns Information
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, free from defects caused after delivery, and returned in their original packaging.
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will process your refund. A refund will be issued for the sale price of the returned item(s), less a 40% restocking charge. This charge covers the minimum cost of materials and manufacturing, as all of our beds are made to order and cannot be resold as new once production has commenced.
Please note that bespoke, custom made, or specially tailored items are non returnable and non refundable.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any mattresses that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
Any delivery, collection, or other applicable service charges are non refundable.
Returns Procedure
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

- The product model name
- The product size
- Your order date
You may arrange to return the goods to our warehouse yourself, or we can arrange collection on your behalf. Any collection charges will either be payable before collection or deducted from your refund, where applicable.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.
We recommend that you inspect your goods carefully before signing the delivery note. Only sign the delivery note if you are satisfied that the goods have arrived in good condition. If you notice any visible damage at the time of delivery, please record the damage clearly on the delivery note before signing.
If your item is found to be damaged or defective, simply contact our customer service team with details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience, whether that involves a replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution.
