Delivery Information
We hold 100’s of beds in stock for immediate dispatch. For in stock items you can choose your delivery day as you pass through the checkout for the majority of UK postcodes. For items not currently in stock we will contact you to arrange delivery once your order is in stock. We offer Free Delivery on all orders to UK mainland. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours. Contact us to check stock availability.
Free Delivery is available on all of our products that are delivered to areas within mainland UK. We at Discount Bed Store use our own fleet of vehicles and in some cases a courier service to which you will receive no extra charge. At DiscountBed Store satisfying your order and superb customer service is our mission to ensure your bed purchase is as smooth and convenient as possible.
To help ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible please advise of any difficult access point or parking or parking / delivery restrictions. Please ensure that you prepare for your delivery by ensuring that there is adequate access to the relevant room. Please note that we are unable to remove old beds and mattresses for health and safety reasons.
Delivery Times
Please note that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver is only contracted to deliver to the lobby of the building only. Some next day items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge please contact us for further information.
While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly as some suppliers have shutdown periods. All items are self assembly unless otherwise stated. Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly.
Please note: We are able to deliver to the UK mainland only; regrettably we are unable to deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands.
No Deliver Area and Postcodes
- No delivery to BT postcodes.
- Please note we do not deliver to Off-shore Islands,
- Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
Extra Courier charges will applied on these Postcodes:
*AB, BN, BH, CT, DT, DD, DG, EX, FK, IV, KA, KW, KY, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TD, TR, TQ and Isle of Wight.
- All deliveries will be delivered from 8am to 6pm, all day delivery’s to Door ONLY.
- All deliveries are to Door only as couriers are uninsured to go into Customer’s property.
- Some deliveries may take up to 7 to 10 working days.
Returns Information
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
Returns must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.
Returns Procedure
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered.
You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50 which we will deduct from the refund.
Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items which may be subject to a restocking fee of 50%.
